Placing orders


How do I confirm an order?

Once you are happy with your quote, we’ll need you to send a written email confirmation in response to the outlined quote you received. We can’t confirm quote’s over the the phone as we legally need to have something in writing. Do bare in mind that once a written email confirmation has been sent and received the confirmation is bound in a legal contract. See more in a terms and conditions for this.


What are your payment methods?

Our preferred method of payment is card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, for direct payments. We request that you call us to clear payment once your invoice has been sent to you.

For debit cards there is No transaction fee.
For credit cards we charge the 3.0% transaction fee. (This is to cover the transaction costs incurred to us by our card payment processing provider.)

Payment can also be made via Faster Payments or Bacs.

This is normally supplied on a pro-forma basis unless credit has been requested. We will request that you send proof of payment once a bank payment has been made to speed up the release of your job.


Can I apply for a credit account?

Yes, all companies can apply for credit. Get in touch to find out more.
The first order you make with us will however be invoiced pro-forma.


Can I pay by cheque?

No, we no longer accept cheques.
