Technical stuff - Laser cutters and engravers

All our laser machines can perform both laser cutting and laser engraving. Each have different capabilities and bed sizes meaning we decide on which machine to use depending on your job type.
Our Numerically Controlled machining centre affectionately named ‘The Beast’, works differently to the lasers, we have included a few specs below but if you want more, just let us know!

Biesse Rover Plast JFT 1530 - CNC

Operating Modes • Oscillating and tangential blade attachments.
• Camera recognition for reading print markers
• 16.5kw cutting head
Max work area • 3000 × 1500mm – 10ft x 5ft
Main frame & mobile upright beam • Frame and upright beam made from thick electrowelded steel sheets.
• Gantry made from thick steel sheets and reinforced traversal elements
• Mobile upright beam has two independt drives on each side
Axes movement, drives and motor systems • Brush less motors, controlled by digital axes drives.
• Digital numerical interfacing between axes drives
