Some materials are available to order in on request but sourcing of your own materials is advised for a quick turnaround time.

We will guarantee a same day response (usually within the hour) with a job time estimate and approximate cost, also answering any questions or queries you might have.

It is not always possible to specify an exact quote as every job is different, but we will do our best to give an accurate estimate.

A time-slot for laser cutting or engraving will then be allocated – subject to availability.

• Own materials can be sent to us for laser cutting / engraving and sent back to you on request.
• Payment via paypal only + 3% handling fee.
• Delivery cost dependent on size of laser cut / engraved goods and delivery request. Not all requests can be sent out for delivery if risk of damage is too high. Some requests that require a couried service are availble for send out in London only.
