We can engrave the following hard materials. In most cases engraving this class of materials is limited to surface marking.
With some things for example limestones, greater depths are achievable. Be sure to checkout some examples in the showcase.

We can’t cut this group of materials with our CO 2 lasers. A different type of laser is needed that operates at a much higher wattage and power.
We are working on this, and should have the ability to cut hard materials soon. Keep in touch…

Ceramics

Metals

Most metals need to be pre- treated: Anodized, lacquered, powder coated, sprayed before engraving.
The laser will then remove the treated layer to reveal the metal below. Some Bare metals can also be engraved. See our tips page on this.
Most metals can also be compound engraved.
