Popcorn is a creatively-lead graphic design studio who help their clients increase awareness of their brand through cross-platform media.
Laser engraved acrylic invitations for a high end client
Popcorn approached us with the initial idea to engrave acrylic invitations for a special event held by their clients Braun The event was held at a Heston blumenthal restaurant in West london.
The design initially came to us as a sketch and after some basic advise, laser artwork was drafted. 5mm black acrylic sheet perspex was chosen as a material. Each invitation was engraved uniquely with the name of the guest.
Cast acrylic engraves with a crisp milky white finish. The legibility we can achieve when engraving a typography is stunning even at tiny point sizes. The smallest we can mark is between 3pt – 6pt depending on the font type.
