A chic menswear collection

Crystal Mcfarlane is a textile designer who expresses masculinity through light, soft fabrics, with minimalist delicate detailing and beautiful craftsmanship.

Intricate textile laser cutting details

Crystals garments were laser cut from a range of silk fabrics. Due to the nature of her design, it wouldn’t be possible to cut by hand as the fine silk weave would fray. We used a very low power when cutting the silk textiles to seal the delicate pattern edges and prevent fraying.

Like many textile designers, crystal supplied her own fabric. You can do the same, there aren’t many things we wont try in the machines.
