Logo tagging on wooden handle bars

Deerrunner creates high end products for single speed riders, from wood grips to leather toe clips.

Hand crafted oak handlebars were laser engraved with the deer runner logo at a depth of 1mm into the surface. The positioning of the logo was important here.

Since the handle bars were quite a awkward shape they didn’t lie flat in the machine. To get past this, we created a jig to allow the engraving area to postion correctly. Low tack tape was also used to prevent burn marks

You can laser engrave many objects
