The Dot master uses our service for laser cutting wall stencils, half toning and logo cutting. The stencils are usually made from manilla stencil card, everything else he cuts by hand!
Typically we use a 190 micron manilla stencil card and mylar (polyester film) that is specifically designed for art stencils. The edges of the stencils laser cut cleanly meaning incredible tiny details can be achieved. The Manilla card also has an oily surface, meaning it holds it rigidity after repeat spraying.
